Sometimes my channels feel completely open-ready to receive anything and everything. Other times it seems that so much is in process transmitting, receiving, process that i can hear the grind of the mental and spiritual hard drive as it slows down to a crawl..

Genie of the Lava Lamp

I remember the nights
that i could get down
sad, angry and depressed
and hold onto it for hours
before i realized that
feelings ebb and flow
and are of the moment
the undercurrent is joy
and tho we feel what we feel
that has little to do with who we are
we as being rise through the medium
much like the genie in the lava lamp.
