I hate when changes feel negative….Every cliche i could say to you about finding the gift in the problem would probably feel like just that a cliche…
I will say this. Apart from the ‘life sucks’ moments in my experience, when i ask myself how i’m doing at any given moment.. the answer is usually at the very least ok.
I can answer the question, i’m not in immediate danger so i am ok, those moments can be built on.
