Today I felt an enormous sense of disconnection all day. Sad, lonely, cut off form those around me. I couldn’t figure out quite what it was but gradually as the day wore on and I started to witness more and more it came clear. Funny, I have written about watching the emotional weather patterns pass through but actually having to practice it? Took some work

Namaste G.,
We are all phasing out our 3D energy in all aspects of our spiritual journey as a human being. It’s all right to feel sad as we release any energy which doesn’t serve our soul purpose anymore. The 3D realm did serve all our soul purpose and we somehow got ‘used’ to the dense energy.
Upon releasing, we would feel like as if we have ‘lost’ or ‘missed’ something, we sometimes feel ’empty’ and ‘sad’. Humans had been journeying with it for more than 13,000 years. It has been way too long and it’s time we learn to move on and to look forward to receiving more loving and purposeful journey as most of us would have already crossed the threshold of 4D. Some are in between.
As we leave the density behind, once again, we are ‘remembering’ who we truly are – spiritual beings journeying on a human path. The veil is almost diminished and all of us will remember our own truths and we will return to being masters of our own universe/s.
