Dream Shadows (March 2017)

“… do not alter the reality of the dream; do not divorce the magic of the story or the vitality of the myth. Do not forget that rivers can exist without water but not without shores. Believe me reality means nothing unless we can verify it in dreams.”
— Don Manuel Cordova

“Everything is possible to him who wills only what is true! Rest in Nature, study, know, then dare; dare to will, dare to act and be silent!”

Transforming Through Dark Currents (March 2017)

Our experiences transform us. When we open ourselves up to new pathways that lie outside of the mundane, we become transformed in unknown and unrecognized ways. As we integrate these changes, we open ourselves up more to new changes and new understandings.

The Lady’s Benediction (March 2017)

“Atavistic resurgence, a primal urge towards union with the Divine by returning to the common source of all, is indicated by the backward symbolism peculiar to all Sabbath ceremonies, as also of many ideas connected with witchcraft, sorcery and magic. Whether it be the symbol of the moon presiding over nocturnal ecstasies; the words of power chanted backwards; the back-to-back dance performed in opposition to the sun’s course; the devil’s tail – are all instances of reversal and symbolic of Will and Desire turning within and down to subconscious regions, to the remote past, there to surprise the required atavistic energy for purposes of transformation, healing, initiation, construction or destruction.”

Intent Awakening (March 2017)

No direction in the void
Is the news from the void
In touch with the void
Everywhere void
No direction to go

helplessness anyway)

Time and Place (March 2017)

Where is the Knowledge that we seek? How do we reach new awareness and understanding? How do we open ourselves up to the In-Between places?
Time and Space are both constructs. We can use them (better that the reverse.  We are constantly bombarded by messages that keep our present illusionary worlds intact. We fight for opinions that we don’t even believe in and forget that what is going on around us is not reality. When is the last time you found yourself slipping out of your present worldview and into something a lot less formed?

Heart’s Shadow (March 2017)

One may have a blazing hearth in one’s soul and yet no one ever came to sit by it. Passers-by see only a wisp of smoke from the chimney and continue on their way.
