Manifesting

Yesterday (Thursday) was a travel day. Making it from Tofino down to Parksville (where we met our friend Barb for lunch) to Victoria (where we took the ferry across to Port Angeles, WA). Nice sunset from the water, pleasant enough hotel. All good.
Last night, I was journaling a bit. I had to stop as I was getting way too sleepy to continue. The Last thing I wrote was:
“Too sleepy to continue. Tomorrow I will manifest something that will make all our hearts leap for joy. Happiness is a choice.”

Today we got up. Aaron and Zev wanted to do the Twilight movie thing so we went to the bookstore where Bela buys a book and we went to the restaurant where Bela and Edward had their first date. Not Joy inducing stuff but all fine.

Then we decided that rather than go directly to Forks (apparently both the rain and vampire capital of Washington), we woul d drive up to Hurricane Ridge

Well lads and lassies, Hurricane Ridge is one of the most amazing awe-inspiring places I’ve seen. It’s an 18 mile winding trip up narrow roads to the top but the views…
Mountains of trees with the ocean off in the distance
Rare wild flowers you don’t see growing anywhere else
Grouse and Eagles and Seagulls flying across the sky
At the end of the trip, we were a mile above sea level. The view was astonishing. There was the rare patch of snow on the ground, just enough that anyone who passed it who had a mine too (me and Zev 🙂 ) could make snow balls and throw them at each other. Deer would come within 2 feet of you and just kind of graze at the grass while we and they watched each other.
Beautiful trees, Beautiful sun. Friendly people from all over.
We left there with a song in our hearts for sure. 😉

Whatever shall we manifest for tomorrow?
How about something beautiful and spirit-inspiring?
