Staring into the Flames Part 2

The less I accept the social status quo in favor of my own sovereignty, the more at peace I will feel.
Fires of destruction, fires of creation.
A fire that reveals a new start as I am reborn Phoenix like
Not so much an external change but an internal one.
Partly it’s spiritual rebirth and renewal.
Partly it’s being willing to let things fall away
The opposite of which is clinging to past thoughts, actions events and ways of relating to others that no longer benefit anyone.
I will rise above.

Staring into the Flames

We huddle together in small groups seeking protection from the storm.
We isolate pushing away other selves
That don’t fit the group’s criteria
And thus hasten the storm.
In striving so hard to find
A group they can belong to
We lose sight
That we belong to the all.
The all of humanity.
The all of the earth.
The all of creation.

Stray Verse and Thoughts

words
absurd
do you mean what i mean?
abused, used and yet we choose
Media lies
twisting and turning
those who listen
selling fear
to those we hold dear
controlling extolling
only see what’s in front of you
pay no attention to the
man behind the curtain
certain we’ll listen
more and more we do
not to them they’re through
but to ourselves
go within

In order for communication to work between two beings, it helps if they first have an agreed upon common language. It amazes me how often two people use the same words and have vastly different meanings for them. At the very least, this tends to cause confusion, at worst, anger and arguments when both were just misunderstanding the other’s intention.

Words and terms I’d just as soon loose

Should, must, should not, must not — especially in context of telling people what to believe or how to practice. especially in a spiritual context. There maybe one truth but everyone has their own (partial) conception of it and their own path of knowing…implying that you know what may be right for another with that level of certainty implies to me a level of ego of control–yeah we all have that yet I have always preferred teachers (and i have the conceit that every being i meet is my teacher tho with some I am a better student than with others) who suggest paths that are better

Slipping through the Mental Slipstream

song, sound, echoes, energy flows,
sound waves crashing and breaking
peaceful sounds
echo, location
home more and more.
home is only as far as my self
and love is as close as my acceptance
which varies. much like those waves

Being mindful
aware, beware, weary at times….
feeling, listening and yet
that too comes in waves
tides of reality
gee my tides out,
can walk for miles
on mind sand
doesn’t make for good swimming in the reality stream
but the views incredible

waking and reawakening
still the clouds surround
yet the occasional clear patch
makes it all worthwhile
where is the cosmic matcha that will jolt me
facing my shadow
looking at it direct or sometimes
making shadow animals on the wall

If time and space are constructs by which we understand reality then how can we long for home?
Truly we carry home within us..

Thank you my goddess for inspiring me
I give myself in your service over and over

We chose which destiny is ours for each choice past present and future ripples out each reality complete…at times we get glimpses of what may come if we go down certain paths…

How many places do people take truth and lies

Scarcity is a lie that has caused many of humanities ills
panicked people horde more than they can ever use because they fear not having enough
sharing and helping out minimally (most often with full announcements so people know how generous they are) people who have little they assuage their conscious…
