Volcano Queen’s Knight – Redux

I stand here guarding her heart
the heat here almost more than I can stand
She contains the universe to me
and I hungrily await her command

She is the fire that brings warmth
Creative urges ignite by her glance
Yet her eyes fall on others never me
Loyally I hold my stance

Still I dream of what could be
Our passions burning in the long night
My soul inspired by her touch
Her heat my being does ignite

My vision will remain just that
A goddess care’s not for one knight’s passion
I stand her guarding  her being
My fantasies left ashen..

  1. Your poem is so romantically passionate and the image you created is so inspiring. The poem pierces my heart with it’s longing and the imagination of your imagery is like floating in the ethereal world. Beautifully done GAR. Thank you for consistently finding motivations that motivate so brilliantly. j.k.

  2. You guard her body and your soul too, when you look at her and feel your desires boil.Something inside you call, but that would make you fall, in her eyes and that is too much to sacrifice. Life is easy to give, but not your pride.
